6. Cookies, Tracking & Activity Monitoring
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. In addition, we monitor activity and presence within the Service: we record a timestamp of when you were last active so your teammates can see whether you are currently online, and we maintain an estimate of the time you spend in the Service. This active-time estimate counts only while the Service is open and visible in your browser, is stored per day so it can be summarized into daily and weekly averages over time, and is visible only to Super Administrators. We do not record your screen, your keystrokes, or the specific pages or content you view.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may exercise these rights through your account or by contacting us.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
